Miramar Project at SaMo ARB
Around the Corner
Santa Monica Architectural Review Board to review plans for the approved 4.5-acre Miramar Hotel redevelopment Project at 1133 Ocean Ave, with required affordable housing provided at 1127 2nd St (>60% featuring 2 and 3 bedrooms) and a $4.6 million one-time contribution to the city
What else is new in city planning:
A newly filed lawsuit seeks to force L.A. city leaders to stop an alleged "covert thwarting" of a housing development in Venice that the city council approved two years ago. The Venice Dell Community development is one of the largest planned Westside housing proposals for unhoused people and people with low incomes
San Francisco could go from having California’s longest approval process for permits to one of the state’s shortest, with no discretionary hearings, no CEQA
