  • 1209-1215 South Bedford, VTT-72415-CN: Request to approve a refund claim of Quimby Fees (Park Fees) from Bedford Development LLC for a residential project and de-commitment of Park Fees from the Pan Pacific Park – Pool and Bathhouse Improvements Project

  • HACLA requested to report on the status of executing a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) involving current and proposed redevelopment efforts and other capital projects (Council motion). This includes a report to the Council on the Jordan Downs redevelopment project relative to the HUD Section 3 program, including an overview of the program, local hire targets, actual local hires, and how these individuals gain additional job opportunities after a project is completed.

  • SCEA request for 5600 Franklin Avenue Project, for the properties located at 5600-5616 West Franklin Avenue, and 1857 and 1859 North Garfield Place, ENV-2020-3838-SCEA: Project is a new 5-story, approx. 56 ft high apartment building containing a total of 60 units (6 VLI) with 60 subterranean parking spaces
