August 13 | Pasadena Design Commission
350 Cordova St; 233 S Euclid Ave, DHP2024-00073: Final Design Review for a new three-to-four-story, 88,295-sf, 86-unit multi-family residential project over one level of subterranean parking. Includes demolition of existing office buildings and mix of studios, one-bedroom (and + den), and two-bedroom units with 20% affordable units (10 VLI & 3LI). Density bonus of up to 35% with a building height increase of 12 ft and 50% parking reduction. Onyx Architects made design changes in response to the design review and required modifications, including changes to the facade, circulation paths, and landscape design.
August 15 | LA North Valley Area Planning Commission
8152 Ellenbogen St, APCNV-2020-5033-ZC-HCA-ADJ: Zone Change from RA-1-RFA to R1-1-RFA and a preliminary parcel map to permit the subdivision of a 27,349 sf lot into three lots with the retention of one SFD and the construction of two new 1,730 sf SFDs. Requesting an adjustment to permit a 15-ft front yard setback in lieu of the 20-foot front yard setback otherwise required in the R1-1-RFA Zone.
