Happy Long Weekend!

Around the Corner

On Thursday, the City of LA opened a specialized planning office to expedite the rebuilding process for residents who lost their homes in the fires. The Centralized Permit Operation Center is located at 1828 Sawtelle Blvd in West LA.

Californians for Homeownership and Yes In My Back Yard (YIMBY) filed a joint lawsuit against the City of LA accusing leaders of not doing enough to zone for new housing and reversing the state-mandated plan to rezone land for more than a quarter-million new units.
