LA City Council in recess for 4th of July!
Around the Corner
We hope you enjoy the festivities this week!🗽
And Happy Canada Day tomorrow 🇨🇦 (from your fellow Canuck)
LA County leaders voted last week to continue the temporary ban placed on rent hikes of more than 10% after January’s wildfires until July 31.
California is poised to sign AB 609 into law as part of the state’s budget bill, AB 130. The legislation would exempt certain infill housing projects from review under CEQA, applying to infill sites that are either already developed or surrounded almost entirely by existing urban uses.
