Santa Monica is advancing plans to build 1,880 affordable homes on city-owned properties. Two sites are in the pre-development phase, with a Request for Proposals for the next site due by June 30, 2025

Culver City reports 36 active residential projects totaling 4,280 units, with 614 designated as affordable housing

The Pasadena City Council is preparing to submit its Public Housing Agency Five-Year Plan (2025–2030) and Annual Plan for 2025 to HUD. The plans highlight progress in assisting very low-income individuals and outline goals to expand access to affordable housing
