956 North Seward St, CPC-2023-5532-ZC-HD-CU-SPR-WDI: Demolition of the existing approximately 40,000 sf film storage building and its associated parking lot and truck rental business and the construction of a seven‐story storage building consisting of 127,868 sf of self-storage and 39,510 sf of temperature‐controlled film and media storage, and 1,100 sf of leasing uses; resulting in a total floor area of 168,478 sf. Project will have a height of 75 feet and a FAR of 3:1.
2045 Violet St, CPC-2021-2231-GPA-VZC-HD-VCU-ZV-SPR: The Violet Street Creative Office Campus Project, the redevelopment and expansion of an office campus on an approximately 6.3-acre site. New construction includes a 13-story, 450,599 sf building comprised of 435,100 sf of office uses, 15,499 sf of ground floor retail and restaurant uses, and four underground and three above-grade parking levels. The existing Warner Music Group Building (a designated historic resource) and a five-story parking structure would be retained.

1100 East 5th St, CPC-2016-3726-GPA-VZC-HD-DB-MCUP-SPR: Demo of existing warehouse buildings to construct an eight-story, mixed-use building with 220 live/work units (of which 11 percent, or 25 units, are VLI), up to 46,548 sf of commercial space, and three underground parking levels. The Project would total 249,758 sf of floor area on a 1.2-acre site, with FAR of 4.75:1.
638 South Berendo St, DIR-2023-4545-TOC-SPR-VHCA-1A: Partial appeal of new, eight-story, 86,700 sf residential building with 163 dwelling units with 18 ELI units (11%). The building will be constructed with seven residential levels above one ground floor level of residential lobby and parking and one underground parking level.
